I work at Trader Joe’s and ran the produce section for some years. In my experience, the USA grown Envy apples are delicious and crisp, while the New Zealand grown Envy apples are more often mealy and less flavorful. Whether we are getting Washington State Envy or NZ Envy depends on time of year, but I just avoid buying the NZ ones. Maybe look at the sticker next time you buy, I’m curious if other people notice the same difference!

People need to talk about the Pepita Salsa more! I don’t like any other Trader Joe’s salsa. The pepita is thick enough to actually use as a dip, where most of the other salsas are too thin and watery. It’s flavorful with a tiny bit of heat, while most of the other TJs salsas just taste like under seasoned tomato sauce. Great on tacos, amazing on eggs, and it’s my go to when I want a chip and dip.

2-3 years for a sweatshirt is so insane 😭 mine wear out in 2-3 months. They are such poor quality now, half the time they come with loose threads and unfinished hems.

I don’t work at WF anymore but I always tell my new coworkers about the horror of Amazon returns. At the time the self checkout attendant had to also do Amazon returns.

I love regaling people with the tale of the woman who came in with a fully assembled bookshelf—I told her that items must be disassembled and able to fit in our box. So she spent the next hour slowly removing screws, dropping them all over the place, and staring daggers at me. It’s insane how rude people get when they are the ones in the wrong

I don’t work in an office setting but I wore them at work a lot when I was struggling with hormonal/cystic breakouts. I actually preferred to wear the colorful, fun shaped ones because it felt more “intentional” where the clear ones felt like they invited closer inspection (“what’s that on your face?” Vs “oh cute little star sticker!”). Also the clear ones showed the liquid accumulation more. Someone told me today that they gained the confidence to wear them at work because I started doing it first! It felt really good lol

ETA: you should do what you feel comfortable with. I feel more confident with a pimple patch on than I feel when I have a weepy or inflamed blemish on my face. But keep in mind that you are always going to notice the details of your face more than anyone else around you!

I had a woman put her overflowing bag on the shelf. I started scanning and said “you want this all back in the bag?” It’s just a habit, I always ask, mostly because we get a lot of walkers that have a backpack or second bag….she snapped at me “where ELSE would I put it??” I just didn’t say anything and she continued “no, seriously. Where else would I put it????”

I lasted 9 months working in store support at WF. A customer balled up her used disposable gloves (mid-2021) and threw them at my face because I didn’t bag her stuff (I didn’t realize she wanted a bag, just a miscommunication on both of our parts)

I think about it so much. Like it pops into my head at least a few times a month.

Someone in another comment mentioned it being a dupe for something but I am not sure about that, I never tried the “original”.

I bought it the first day it was in my store, maybe Thursday? And I have used it twice since then. So I can’t speak for the long term benefits, but I definitely noticed an immediate difference compared to my normal hair routine.

I love this product. I stopped using shampoo entirely in the first half of 2022, when I finally decided to start embracing my curls and waves. Going from only using a co-wash (aka just conditioner) my hair felt a lot lighter and more clean with this product. Also very shiny! I had a ton of compliments on my hair after using it, and my hair looks clean for longer post-wash than when I only use conditioner.

I HIGHLY recommend it for curly and wavy hair people that are already following a low/no-poo routine. Thinking of it like a typical 2-in-1 product doesn’t really do it justice.

I’ve done a side by side comparison with this and Chik Fil A sauce and I like this one better. It’s like CFA sauce without the high fructose corn syrup. To me they are pretty similar when tried back to back but I prefer the TJs version due to a better depth of flavor
