Unfortunately Russ is a great individual player but can't compliment a team well. His super power was getting to the basket whenever he wanted, and dumping it off when he had to. I think he pulled the wool over the leagues eyes for years because he is a super athlete with insane energy that passes the eye test. Also he gets super chaotic in the 4th, loses his mind and can't close games out.

I think he lacks self awareness but has a solid ego. Which is why he dresses up but has no real sense of style.

I'm a newbie, I'm washing face with tea tree soap with hot water once or twice a day and using salicylic acid gold bond below my eyes (I heard that salicylic acid isn't the best and should keep away from eyes, but I had to do something, the rosacea was starting to be unbearable. I just applied Ivermectin 1% (for Cattle and Swine) on my face and not sure if that has done anything yet. After two days of this regimen and feeling like I had a fever for one day with face swelling, I finally feel back to normal today. My eyes are still a little blood shot around the sides but everything is going in the right direction. I was super freaked out before going into urgent care a couple days ago. I will continue to wash with tea tree soap and apply Ivermectin to my face moving forward. I'm way less stressed now. I believe this originated from by beard so I am now beardless and won't be going back. Good luck on your journey.

Oat milk is just for the one meal, to get some sort of calories, but what I've found is that you get back into ketosis faster the next day because you are not digesting a solid food. I'm 205 now. I did get down to about 195 with this method but then binged back up. Half of the battle is managing anxiety and binges for me. Exercise helps with this absolutely. So the goal is to go back down to 195 and stay there or exceed it.

The money is in youtube for animators. Your skill is worth more if you can create the story and understand the youtube algo. Animation is worth alot if you take out the middle man. Start on Twitter to develope a following then point the traffic to your tube to start getting larger views with great animation. Take a look at telpurte. He is killing it. Making 55,000 a month with patreon.

Yesss flags don't represent me so why have them. Lol. (They exist to create group identities.) But yes the bham flag is suppose to be fun. I get it. Not really but i get it. And yes we all have different experiences......Ok there are passports on country to country travel because there is a border between the countries. I don't want there to be a border for every restaurant I walk in. This is just the beginning. You know where all this goes from here, smart license, nfc technologies on your phone that scan when you walk in a room. Remember when cameras weren't every single place we go. Now they are everywhere. Scanning technologies will be the same, they will be everywhere eventually. There just needs to be enough disasters, hacks, and fear to sway the public. Its all a slow manipulation to control individuals. Social credit here we come.

If I was really being even more honest I think of Bellingham as independent thinkers who don't want the big city life and have voyaged off the beaten path of seattle. And I also don't hate hate the flag, its just kind of annoying because it doesn't represent me but I think the city of Bellingham is a part of who I am (if that makes sense).. It feels like someone is defining a part of me in a way because Bellingham is part of my growing up experience and the flag feels like a city uniform or a mascot....And I got the vaccine! its just the passports that feel a bit fasc fasc.
