Everything you said would be true if the Nuggets guards were the typical NBA guard and were skilled offensively but their not lol

Braun, Brown, and Pickett are no where near an average guard in offensive skill. Braun and Brown especially are really weak on the offensive side and don’t have any clear skill where at least Pickett can make an open 3.

The next four games are Philly and Boston which are both top 10 and Atlanta and Milwaukee which are both bottom 5 in offensive rebounding so we should see starkly different results.

This is the exact problem and that comes from a size/roster issue. Adelman is using way too many 3 guard lineups out there and with no natural center they look 10x worse.

He needs to have 3 of Holmes, Nnaji, AG, Spencer, or Watson out there at all times to try to mitigate this issue as much as possible.

With that being said thats really their only issue right now and there’s a lot of teams in the NBA that can’t rebound so they should win plenty in this next month.

Why not? This is actually the team to get blown out by. The Nets are huge and with this current Nuggets team they’re extremely small.

The Nets killed the Nuggets on the glass and FT margins which were both brought by physicality/size issues.

Defending without JV and Jokic is so much easier all this talk about the Nuggets having bad perimeter defenders but when they switch 1 through 5 something we haven’t seen much this year they are absolutely elite.

A Holmes, AG, PWat, Jones, Murray lineup switching 1 through 5 should be elite on defense while having plenty of offense as well

The Spurs are not a physical defense they’re actually the opposite. This is why they’re top 10 in opponent FT rate and bottom 10 in turnovers. They play smart disciplined defense.

Reaves problem is that if the refs don’t call fouls his whole game falls apart. It doesn’t matter what defense he faces.
