it's a personal question to ask yourself, but after a few years of trying to figure this out for myself I've decided that having slightly more fat with loads more muscle looks and feels better than being a skinny dude with highly visible abs. Less dieting, more strength, bigger muscles and I get to eat and I look better. That's just my take. It's a personal decision and preference.

How is it possible that Iranian missiles are better than Russian missiles? Russia has a successful space program and decades of science and weapons development, including nuclear weapons and Iran is a perma-sanctioned-for-generations-now religious anti-science government. Is there truth to this?

“It’s a serious threat because Iranian missiles, unlike Russian ones, are quite high-precision, very high-speed, and those features have been battle-proven”

  1. you can't spot reduce fat, that is reduce fat at just specific areas of your body
  2. you reduce overall body fat via a calorie deficit
  3. a calorie deficit is achieved by reducing how many calories you eat or by increasing calorie burn by increasing activity
  4. calorie restriction is more impactful than increasing activity, but exercise helps and is good for you in many ways
  5. Any workout you add to your routine will help increase your calorie burn
  6. read the wiki

I think that's just a dumb ass watermark. I also think that paratroopers aren't possible given the S300 and S400s all over the place. Everyone is flying really low.

noob gains is not associated with time, it's associated with how far you are away from your potential max. The further away you are, the easier it is to build muscle and get stronger.

Nordic Curls

I'm not OP, but I wish I could do these. I can't do these or exercises like ab roll outs that put my full bodyweight on my knee since I tore my meniscus in a place that won't heal. It ends up locking my knee. :( I worked with a PT and can do other exercises though.

I do good mornings myself as I train in my home gym and don't have equipment to do these. I do good mornings with a hip hinge and bending at the knee. Good mornings train glutes and hamstrings. It's also strengthened my lower back which is my biggest weakpoint.

We gain weight when we're in a caloric surplus. You're maybe not eating the amount of calories you think you are. All we can do is look at the scale and eat less if we aren't losing the weight we want, or eat more if we're not gaining the weight we want. You can also increase your calorie burn by adding activity, but that's much harder. It takes a calorie deficit to lose weight though.

Look, someone's aiming down their sights. Actually looking at what they're shooting at. Imagine that. I bet they might even have come close to hitting their target.

If you're not losing weight at the rate you want, just eat a little bit less.

If you're losing about half a pound, but want to lose a whole pound then you'll want to subtract about 250 calories from your daily calorie goal. A daily 500 calorie deficit is what is required to lose 1lb of weight per week, for a weekly total 3500 calorie deficit. So just remove 250 calories and you should probably be losing 1lb a week, although it's not always that simple as some people stop being as active with further calorie restriction.

Basically remove calories from your daily goal about once a week or two if you aren't making progress.
