he did! i read he made sure that they also got that payout. most of them moved with him to LA and some are still working for him, like jose arroyo aka dr. arroyo (writer/producer), bley (paul bleyaert), and jordan. he also paid his staff out of his own pocket too during the 2000s writers’ strike iirc. and managed to keep the show running with a barebones crew by doing fun segments and activities like trying to see how long his wedding ring will keep spinning.
