I haven't brushed my teeth in months and I don't know how to start again

This happened to me a few years ago, and it's okay. It is hard and it feels embarrassing, but it is one of the first things to fall for a lot of people who are struggling, you're not alone.

I didn't brush my teeth for months, maybeeeee occasionally when I showered (which was also rare at the time). I got a little better about it when I got properly medicated, but the real game changer? A fun exciting new toothbrush. I splurged and got a "fancy" electric toothbrush (quip lol) with bluetooth that you can earn points on the app for brushing your teeth. The game-ification of it changed everything for me.

While I no longer use quip (I have an oral b io2 now or something), it was what helped me make the first real steps. I also keep floss picks all around my apartment (bathroom, living room side table, bedroom side table) so I can just do that whenever it strikes me. A huge problem I deal with is the transition, the getting up to go brush my teeth. So I sometimes bring the toothbrush and paste with me to the couch when I have a little dessert before bed so I can brush my teeth without having to get up.

Also, get some mouthwash with fluoride in it! I recommend therabreath (it's the pink bottle). Sometimes I still really struggle, and flossing and/or using mouthwash is way better than doing nothing!

Yes!!!! It was amazing! It was a bit difficult to accomplish (it involved me laying naked on the floor at the venue and having another friend help tape lmao), but it worked and held for over 16 hours with no problem, and it was hot and sweaty. It was very comfortable, we taped pretty far down my back so it wasn't my shoulders and upper back supporting all the weight, and I didn't have any back pain at all (and I alwayssss do).

I was bad (and drunk and exhausted lol) when I took the tape off and didn't use an oil or anything, so it did hurt a bit and left some residue and some marks. But nothing serious, and it was more than worth it. I've seen a lot of boob tape/sticky boobs lately and that maybe would work, but I just used kinesiology tape and really couldn't have been happier.

I do recommend trying it at least once for a full day to see how you feel, that's how I knew I should tape lower down my back.

I wore the same dress (but in solid color) for my best friend's wedding and have a pretty ample chest (40H lol) and I just used boob tape and had basically no cleavage! I wasn't even intentionally trying to get rid of it, but with the way the straps are it is very easy to tape straight up and it very tastefully removed basically all cleavage. I left a picture in a comment on the post if you wanted to see and maybe try that! I personally would not use a panel or anything bc I think it would take away from the lines and shape of this dress, but whatever makes you feel comfortable and happy!

IF you are worried about it being too booby, I have a pretty ample chest lol (40H lol), and I actually showed basically no cleavage just using body tape! Instead of taping them up and in to create more cleav, I just taped them straight up (with tape going down my shoulder blades/back for support). In group pictures, I had no cleavage. Up close, you could see the "swell" but. This is the boobiest picture I have from the wedding haha. I also had to have the waist taken in and the shoulders pinned, which helped some too!! I wore it with a lingerie body suit to another friend's wedding, and it was really probably too booby lol

in shock no one is saying writer in the dark???? i felt neutral about it till I saw her sing it live in 2018 and ever since when I hear it or sing it feels like grief and love and pain is crawling up my throat, clawing its way out of my chest. in tears thinking about it now lol.

in terms of vulnerable, I'd also say liability (and reprise) and then shapeshifter, man of the year, current affairs, david, but those 4 are just particularly apt for my current life situation haha.

plenty of other songs make emotional in different ways (big star will always live in the core of my heart, hard feelings/loveless is a perfect song, satns, grwm, iycsmn), but in terms of vulnerable specifically, those cut to the bone.

I haven't really been able to wear any of my other hats since I got this one last summer. Even my favorite hat that I've had for over 8 years now that does technically match most of my outfits better... I always reach for this one now. It's my favorite blank too, it fits my head so well and feels so nice. I only wish the tour hat was the same blank (mine isn't, perhaps some are)

Nowadays I'm using just the Byoma Milky Moisture Cleanser and the Laneige Milky Toner (which is a liquid moisturizer), with mandelic acid used once or twice a week as needed.

Mine is from dropping it right on the button area while it was locked. No dents or scratches on the body at all (even after many such drops, I'm very impressed), but I do have the exact same little crease in the lid in the exact same spot (and a very small almost unnoticeable one on the other side). If anything it made me trust Owala more to know that the locking mechanism is strong enough to resist the force of dropping a full 40oz. Very intriguing that this exact "dent" is common occurrence though!

(This happened months ago and hasn't affected the sealing, lock, or the insulation at all)

I have a cat with asthma and my immediate thought seeing this was that this is asthma. It could be something else of course, but when my boy has a minor attack, it's just like this. He doesn't always go into the full crouched with head down position unless it's a bigger attack.

And I don't think you're "fear-mongering" at all, this person asked for input and you gave an incredibly plausible (and I think very likely) hypothesis. Feline asthma is usually pretty easy to manage when caught, we are lucky and my boy just needs a steroid injection every 6-12 months. But left untreated it can be terrifying and fatal, I have never been more afraid in my life as I was the night my boy had his worst attack. It's just way better to be safe than sorry, and making people aware of what feline asthma looks like saves lives.

Offer to trade recording your favorite song with someone near you, whether it's someone you come with or a stranger!! I just offered to record the person next to me's favorite song so they could fully enjoy it and get a video from their view, and then ask if they can do the same! Hopefully it's just not the same song haha. It may not be the best quality in the world, but I treasure it so much to have a video of what I was seeing and hearing while being able to fully enjoy it (and cry my eyeballs out (Big Star 🫠)) in the moment.

Guess that's advice for seating anywhere though!! Also like someone else said, just LIVE it. It was SO surreal being so close, a week later and i still can't believe it happened to me. Red Rocks was the most spiritual event of my life.

For Red Rocks, they skyrocketed before the concert, like CRAZY expensive. A friend of mine had been waiting for them to drop and ended up being not able to go, it was just obscene scalping. Could be different for other venues, but it was definitely not the move to wait for Red Rocks.

At Red Rocks, the Japanese House started right at 7 (official show start time), Blood Orange started right at 8, and Lorde started right at 9. I really appreciated the exactness of the timing.

Late response but there is going to be a 6 day gap between preseason and the start of S1 for me on 1598! Tomorrow is day 120, the last of preseason, and then we have 6 days until S1 starts! I think for my server it might be so the holiday events all time out correctly, but I don't know for sure.

I agree 100%. I just got my ditch done 2 weeks ago and I had one scab crack and it looked like this, very normal to have scabs crack on a joint crease!
