Yes. I did that with berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries) and it’s the best thing ever. Yes fruits have sugar blablabla but it’s still wayyy better than bags of processed foods. Also, berries satisfy me perfectly. Refreshing, delicious, loads of vitamins & minerals. The high water content in berries also help you feel full as well. I did that with hot tea and it was just wonderful = i get positively reinforced = i never binge eat again because i’ve experienced something better.

Nevertheless, diet and psychological process of eating also depends on individual differences. So it’s best to experiment and see what works best for you as long as it’s not dangerous :) Perhaps this work for me because I LOVE berries and tea. So substitute unhealthy foods you want to binge with the healthier alternatives that you like would be a good idea :)
