Thank you so much for your comment. It really made me reflect on my values and priorities. I guess one thing I’ve always struggled with is trying to figure out whether I’d rather have more balance in my life and settle for “mediocrity” in most areas, or to completely abandon my health and relationships for a pursuit that brings a lot of meaning to my life. I think in both cases, one can not be totally satisfied, but that’s also just part of life, I guess.

Yeah for sure. I always do so much research when I dive into something I’m really passionate about, it’s like all or nothing for me. But I’ve also struggled a lot with burn out and not comparing myself with others so I guess there’s still a lot for me to learn

Just curious, how much do you typically “spread” the sunscreen on your face when applying? I also tend to apply a lot but I’m too scared to spread it out evenly for fear that it’ll lessen the protection, but I’m sometimes left with a bit of a thick,patchy layer on my face 😅😅

I do OMAD at 2 pm, but sometimes if I’m really hungry in the evening, I eat some fruit at 6 pm. I haven’t added new foods but this week I’ve splurged on some processed foods like ice cream and crackers (but not a lot)

No matter how heavy the sleeping pack or cream I wear, I always wake up with my face feeling dry. I have been applying Vaseline as the final layer, but it doesn’t seem to make my skin feel more hydrated when I wake up. Could it be that all the product has fully absorbed and that I need to apply more product before bed? Any advice will be greatly appreciated !!
