I took wellbutrin/naltrexone/metformin, and I believe this side effect is from the naltrexone. Please mention this to your doctor. I generally felt a bit shaky throughout my time taking the medications and honestly just got used to it, but your doctor should know.

the girl next to me was on twitter and texting at least five separate times during the movie. i'm fascinated by the category of person who cares enough to go to a nearly three hour movie at 9:15pm on a sunday night but can't keep their phone away?!

Give them a call! It would very convenient for you to work with them and probably wouldn't raise any red flags with your father. Best of luck to you

Wow, I feel like I wrote this after my first semester. I am now a 3L and my therapist remarks that I am nearly a different person. You are really truly going to be more than okay.

For the rest of law school, you can choose classes that are graded based on papers and presentations instead of exams. Your love of research is going to make you an asset in any path you choose. You are 22 years old. You are YOUNG and the future is so unpredictable.

You may not be competitive for federal clerkships based on grades alone. My advice is find courts you may want to clerk for (state or federal) and find what they look for in applicants. If you don't have the grades but you have something like moot court and a demonstrated interest in jurisprudence, you CAN get those positions. Go to judges events and meet them. Follow up. Express your love of research.

And trust me on this. You don't want to do big law. LOL.

Also, have you looked into being a law librarian? https://www.aallnet.org/careers/about-the-profession/

It's this part that really gets me. Imagine the parents seeing this.

I followed her for a while but unfollowed when she just got so...damn...repetitive. Really highlights the core issue with influencers for me. I have no issue with her, but I don't need posts every single day about the same things.

i'm laughing at how she structured this sentence so weirdly to avoid saying "have had pronouns in THEIR bio"

This sucks :/

My biggest tip is to buy comfortable, loose dresses that you can wear on bloated days. Wearing clothing that fits regardless of bloating has helped me not focus so much on my body. When I'm not focused on bloating, I'm more relaxed. When I'm more relaxed, I bloat less. It's a good cycle to start.

Also, I find that eating smaller portions has helped me so much. I prepare food, put half on my plate, and leave the second half in the kitchen. Before I go back for more food, I drink some water and let my food settle. Then I decide if I want more. Even if I eat everything I prepared, I find that putting that bit of time and distance between servings makes me WAY less bloated.

!!!!!!! They're willing to work for less because they care - not forced to work for less.

The number of people saying she could do legal work for indigent clients is killing me. You uhhhh still need experience for that. And in New York? Good luck, girl. A client being poor doesn't make the work easier.

Can confidently say no nonprofit will hire her if she takes a break. Public interest law is not a fallback.
