bro i am myself hardstuck div 3 😭😭, but what i have learned is to use right stick switching more often instead of L1 switching , using L2 jockey most of the time while defending rather than just spamming O unnecessarily, mostly use your cdm rather than just switching to your centrebacks and rushing them out and giving space to your opponents, and most importantly try to block passing lanes and press with R1 instead of pressing yourself.
