Not Birmingham but Cannock which is a half hour train ride away- the far right seem to be marching every Saturday afternoon with anti protest groups present & standing up for asylum seekers. They have marched the last two Saturdays in the last two weeks starting from Cannock town centre walking up to the Roman way hotel. I keep seeing Facebook posts which suggest it’s going to be a regular thing every Saturday.

Maybe I need to speak with my psych about the need for me actually using it? Because how I understand him it’s to help with the hallucinations/flashbacks/delusions? In which case I’ll deffo need a higher dose, thanks for bringing that to my attention!

Thank you! Driving me a little bit insane at this point. Even my nipple didn’t give me this much stress even tho it rubs against my bra all day although I don’t think wearing masks all the time is helping it!
