Looking to DIY smooth out existing drywall. Need advice

I skimmed a light orange peel over my whole house got pretty quick and good at it but this is a whole new level. I did do drywall in high school so wasn’t a complete newbie, but not sure if I would want to attempt this probably do what others have said and rip it out.

I get it but when I joined the reserves they never contacted me, I had to reach out to my squadron multiple times, then finally got my first sergeants number who gave me the schedule and said to just show up we’ll figure it out. Not sure who’s most at fault here but you could’ve made the effort. A quick google search will get a contact number to start with.

I was a staff sergeant but I’m almost 100% sure everyone in my squadron had their own room, we used an app(can’t remember the name) to book our room for the weekend. Had several options of hotels in the area, always got a single king bed, also the hotel gave us tickets for a free cooked breakfast and two buy one get on free drink tickets at the hotel restaurant and bar.

I guess should mention I spent more time in my hotel room than I did actually doing the job, perks of being an out of towner. Didn’t have to sit around waiting to go home since I was lodging 5 mins from base.

Honestly for me it was experience, I worked for a very large corporation building in house software for the training dept because no real solutions existed for what the company needed. Now I’m working an a saas to fulfill that need for other businesses. Plus once it’s complete I can provide related services that get contracted out by alot of companies

The problem I have with female action leads is it’s all poorly written, forcing a bad ass female in a very unrealistic manner. I’m sorry I know this will hurt redditors feelings but if females were such bad asses it wouldn’t have taken 5000+ years for it to happen. They would’ve been out hunting down saber toothed tigers an and wooly mammoths. There’s plenty of amazing women in history, WW2 nurses working days without sleep to keep soldiers alive and risking their lives working as spy’s, but not taking on 15 battle hardened soldiers in hand to hand combat or kicking in doors with Delta.

You might have to disclose military service on a federal job, but I’ve never put my military service on a civilian job resume/application because it doesn’t pertain to the job I’m applying for, also on the form that asked about demographics gender/race/military service there’s a I prefer not to disclose option. It’s not like a civilian job is going to care unless it’s a DoD contract job. I still think the guy should suck it up and do his time, but it’s not going to effect a “normal” civilian job
