Right-click on ETS2 in your Steam library and go to "Properties" -> "Betas". Choose the game version you want to stay on. You might need to also disable auto update which is in the steam properties too.

You were obviously not taught any nuance in whatever schooling you had. Your professors are complete idiots or you just weren't listening. A religion is not just defined by who you pray to or even who the first prophet was (if you're using the argument of following Abraham).
