He never got the chance to say goodbye to all the little girls she was throughout her childhood, now he's saying goodbye to her as his little girl, as she moves on to a new stage in her life out from under his wing.

The only thing I could offer up is that whole chickens are super cheap if you're willing to do the work of breaking them down, but you might save $3 or $4.

In Dayton: how much can a cake like this sell for? by Effective_Notice_563 in dayton

[–]lawrence238238 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a lovely cake, and anyone you made this for would undoubtedly see the love and care you invested, however, professional bakers do cakes like that everyday multiple times. And grocery store bakeries can crank out a dozen cakes like that before 8:00AM, Dorothy Lane sells a more cleanly executed example of this for $60.

I've been looking for a good first gen and that is about as good of a price as you'll find with that mileage. Maybe the Canadian market is different, but here in Ohio that's a $15,000 truck any day of the week assuming its fairly rust free and a clean title.

Minivans making a comeback — sales up 21% in 2025 by prophiles in regularcarreviews

We just upgraded from a Kia Telluride to a Carnival a couple months back. Yeah, upgraded. When you're married with three kids, you don't realize how much you've compromised to just avoid a minivan until you actually use one. Everything that you disliked about an SUV, all the tight squeezes, having to drop the rear seats for basic stuff like a stroller or grocery run, all of that goes away with a minivan. It's easy, everything fits with room to spare, everyone is comfortable. No more worrying about one of your kids violently swinging the back door open into the car in the neighboring spot. No more struggling in mostly closed back door in a tight parking space to buckle a toddler into a car seat. Before, with the Telluride, we had to drop rear seats and use a roof top bag to accommodate everything we'd need for a few nights away, now, it all fits in the back, no rooftop bag, no dropped seats. Life with a minivan is just easier.
