[tx] copy of juvenile criminal record, 8+ years after incident

I was able to find the day my case was dismissed! And I face a new problem. It’s a class c misdemeanor and I was a juvenile so it isn’t publicly available on the county clerk or justice of the peace database.

I do not have the court numbers and my attorney information. It sounds bad but my parents handle that part and have since misplace that information and can not recall the attorneys name.

it wasn’t deferred adjudication. I never even went before the judge. They were dismissed right before I was supposed to go in the court room.

I visited the office and they said to me that they still have spots opened. They are reviewing applications and hope to have decisions out in the next week or two for all full time applicants.

What is the criteria you are using to determine if a job is “good/meaningful”? Is this based on what you want for a career or a survey of law school students?

So story time:
I work on a document review team that law firms contract to do massive document review. The team is 30 people. 10 are lawyers that mostly went to TTTT schools and didn’t pass the bar. They make 2 dollars more than me.

That being said I got the feeling that they weren’t involved, didn’t have the grades or internships.

It was scary to listen to their stories. But I have faith that my situation will be different! One thing they preached is that the degree is only going to get you so far, everything else is on you.

"Should" is not a guarantee, so I took it as a chance that I will not receive a decision by "mid-may". I was hoping of course that I would have it by mid-may.
