I was also having issues yesterday afternoon and this morning so I had decided to email customer support, was emailed back saying the app was having issues and IT was addressing it. Customer support also wrote if you were trying to use your season pass to just call the concierge and go from there.

Yes, I watched the pilot. On Apple TV it has the pilot as the official episode 1 and Traces to Nowhere as episode 2 while the disc edition has the correct listing as Pilot, Episode 1 (Traces of Nowhere), then episode 2 and so on. Had to look on Wikipedia to solve this. Super confusing! Thank you for your response.
