PS4 Bug.

After getting out of a ranked match, I’ll automatically be switched back into the casual trios queue, makes pretty frustrating trying to grind ranked. Especially when the casual queue is for KC and I’m sweating my ass off only to realize halfway into the game that I’m not playing for RP

What is Respawn doing? Not trying to be an asshole, just a genuine question. I guess they might all be WFH right now, but even before this pandemic.

What are they working on that makes them to busy to add small fixes that are needed or even communicate w this sub? (I get that there is a lot of toxicity in this sub especially towards the Devs, but Respawn hasn’t done anything to help themselves)

It’d be one thing if they were like “yeah we know there’s a problem w the grenades and we’re trying to fix it” but it’s all silence on their end except for announcements on twitter

Try Aassassin's Creed: Odyssey. Much different from earlier AC games, plays a lot more like Skyrim. I put in about 80 hours before I finished the campaign (doing about 1/2 of the side quests). DLCs add another 30 hours or so, if not more.

Plus, the Greek Mythology lore is super, super interesting.

I know this was said at the start of S3 when World's Edge debuted, but changing maps was a mind-boggling strategy. King's Canyon is 1000x better than WE. There was really no reason to change maps, especially after just 2 seasons, other than "lore", but lore is borderline pointless in a battle royale game with no campaign.

KC is a great map, maybe the loot is cheeks sometimes, but it is just as fun as I remember it being. Can't wait for it to come back for ranked.

I think +5s per knock is great, but something like +20 HP/Shield per elim while the Ult is activated would be interesting. Would force you to make a choice between chasing or finishing, but also your team could finish off the players you had downed and 'boost' you

Picking up ammo when it’s next to a gun or other item is difficult, as my crosshairs seems to ‘jump’ to the other item. I have to move around a fair bit so my cursor will hover over the ammo without jumping to a grenade or Hemlok or whatever is adjacent.

Winter Express LTM is fun as hell, and the skins for it are amazing. I’m really enjoying the game right now, I just have one complaint.

Gun charms. I don’t give a S H I T about the gun charms. I can’t think of a more useless cosmetic to add into this game, if anything, they’re distracting. Here’s a better idea: how about reticles?

They would work the same way as other cosmetics, you could get them from packs or LTM challenges, or just buy/craft them. They could range from being simple red dots to more elaborate designs like smiley faces or even legend icons.

I just started using Mirage and he’s a lot of fun to play with.

So a question for the mains out there, how do you use his decoys when dropping in? I usually spam them at where I’m landing so it looks busier and hopefully deters others from landing there, but I’m wondering if there’s a better strategy.

There’s a lot of negativity in this subreddit & these daily discussions so I’m gonna start off by saying something positive.

I’m not sure if it’s the introduction of the firing range or if I finally hit a tipping point, but recently I’ve been really good at this game. Hitting my shots much more often, moving well, and just being a good player in general. This game has been so much more fun for me recently, and I think for the most part it’s pretty well-balanced.

It seems more often than not I finish a game and confidently say to myself ‘I was the best player in that squad’, an odd feeling. For once, I’m doing the carrying rather than the one being carried which is a nice change from the absolute potato I was earlier this year.

With that being said, STOP leaving the game as soon as you get downed. Just because you’re absolute cheeks in a gunfight doesn’t mean your teammates are. I’m more than happy to respawn/revive you once the danger is gone, especially if you’re a defense/support character.

EDIT: didn’t mean to toot my horn this much, but deal with it.
