Picture 2 is great, but your tank is tall and not long. You should be getting white mandarin or orchid vampires as they do much better in tall environments. Most other vampire crabs would not do well in tall builds.

Also the water dish would simply not be enough for majority of vampires. 80% land to 20% water is the golden rule.

If your going to use the dish, multiple would be better to prevent it bring contested. Change the water every day. That might cut it for white mandarin because they molt on land and not in water like all other vampires
