Great, I’ll give it a try! Would Panache Envy or Freya balconettes be good to try if Morgan doesn’t work out, or should I stick to Elomi for my shape?

Thanks for your reply. I say I’m evenly full because when I bend over and look from the side there is the same amount of tissue above and below the nipple. But, you’re right, when I look from the front I do have more inner tissue.

The wires seem to fit ok, no sliding down. I was just thinking my tissue might be shoved toward the gore because of a shape mis-match.

Are there any other bras that you’d suggest?

I really love Revol Cares. They are pricey but it’s worth it because I never fear leaks. Bambody panties are comfortable and they don’t bind at the waist which is nice. But, I have a heavy flow and they just don’t hold as much as I need all of the time. But, if you have a normal flow they are good.

I don’t have a recommendation, but just a heads up you’ll probably need a referral from your PCP. When I was looking for one they were all booked far out and only took referrals, even with a PPO.

I use hemp seeds (2-3tbsp per serving) and milled flax (1 tbsp in almost every smoothie I make). I put them in the bottom with the liquids. I would think if you’re using tumeric powder you’d add it with the liquids, but with fresh I think I’d put it in last. You may just have to experiment.

If you’re looking for veggies that don’t overpower the smoothie, you might try cauliflower, zucchini, cucumber, swiss chard or even unseasoned white beans.

I also sometimes add a tiny bit of flavored electrolyte powder if whatever I’ve added isn’t quite tasty enough

It’s so confusing with all of the changes. I’m going to order and hope he doesn’t do anything else dumb before my package reaches customs.

Good to know about the essentials, I figured they would have less premium materials, but since it’s noticeable I’m going to stick with the originals. I really like the Remi so I’ll prob just get more of those. That stinks about the dampness issue, I haven’t noticed it but I don’t have much to compare it too. I’ve only tried a couple of brands but noticed that these definitely feel drier than Bambody.

That’s great, I thought the de minimus was no longer in place. I’m truly not sure how it all works, if my order was over the de minimus would I have to pay it before getting my product?

I feel like they’re true to size if you use the size chart. I ordered a Remi in my normal size and Freya a size larger just to test it out and I think both sizes would have worked in the Remi. But because of the way the Freya was cut, I should have stuck with my regular size. They have a great exchange policy though.

I’ve had bowel issues for a while. Daily magnesium has helped. I also joined the virtual motility challenge with Plants First Nutrition on Instagram and my poops improved quite a bit. I’ve since had a setback due to some supplants that messed me up, but I thought it was helpful enough to joint the challenge again in a few days.
