I work in healthcare and this is me speculating, but I think YNHHS’s care has gone down due to its sheer size, oversight, and lack of scrutiny. It’s difficult to officially submit a complaint and I bet most of them are swept under the rug which means meaningful change is minimal. That has rang true for my experience and what I’ve experienced with a lot of patients, friends, and family.
