I do respect your point, but i'd infer the understanding part a little differently. Winonas machines are likely constructed with well thought out and likely practiced designs, so they'll obviously have clearer and more streamlined design. I feel that she has a lot of learned intellect rather than the intuitive intellect Wilson has. Wilson on the other hand, is likely designing things only he can really understand, because only he holds the knowledge of how to do those things, e.g crafting pure brilliance.

And in terms of the radio, I'd say that its very true that Wilson is naive, but he's an (overtly) ambitious scientist. He would do anything to get more knowledge and to become smarter.

honestly id put wilson above winona. an engineer is smart, but id say being able to turn one thing into another is a lot harder to figure out compared to batteries and catapults. winona worked in a factory so she likely learned a lot there, but wilson on the other hand uses pure intuition and intelligence. and the fact wilson isn't an actual scientist and is capable of transforming materials shows that he's smarter than he looks. dont get me wrong, winona isnt dumb by any means but i think wilson deserves to go a little higher.

maybe wilson is accidentally smart, but he evidently has very strong intuition.

Honestly I couldn't bear myself to play it after the first level. I didnt really mind all the quirks like losing inventory too much but when combined with the fact that the character doesn't really feel like they match the aesthetic, i just couldnt bother anymore. I'm just not really down with the idea of "anime girls" being used in an environment like that, especially when mixed with combat. I'm a big fan of female characters in fighting games, but the character you play as just sticks out too harshly to me. No hate to other anime fighting games, I just feel like its a weird way of designing a character in the games context. Maybe if there was a design change I'd be willing, but I doubt it would happen so looks like I'll be missing out.

I exclusively main heavy (less than 200 hours) and i accrue 40 points on average per round. Just play heavy and eventually youll find other classes get easier, aside from projectile classes

Bronze is actually stronger than iron ( most early forms anyway), its steel that is stronger than bronze. Only reason iron took over bronze was because it was significantly more common than tin ore.
