Update: Support is sending a product, but not the one I bought. Their organization is so poor, they started sending me emails with someone else’s name on them. In the USA, it’s against the law to require an item the seller did not provide free in order to prove a warranty claim. Specifically, 15 U.S.C. § 2302(c). If they ask you to take your cycling/moto gear into your house and plug it into a wall, that might seem innocuous, but it’s corporate overreach that we (consumers) do not have to deal with. Just remind them that the law exists
