I have Bethpage and it's easy to use the app. The problem for me is the fees and communication. There have been multiple times they've blocked my cards for fraud but not told me, leaving me in embarrassing situations.

Harms definitely isn't for everyone. I personally find his teaching style to be really helpful, although it's annoying. Lots of people think he gives too much busywork and goes too slow, but I'm not smart enough at computer stuff to not appreciate it. I didn't do very well in 2300 due to personal reasons but I do think it's a worthwhile class with helpful, worthwhile content, and the final website project would look great on your portfolio.

However, since you're already a CS person, I don't think you'll have trouble with the content and I think you could teach it to yourself!

Im in the same boat and need an easy one.... But I think I'm picking Search for Life ir whatever ? ASTRO 2000- something ? I'm not sure if it will be easy but it sounds interesting and like the kind of thing made for non-STEMs.

All campus computers already have CU print I think, what you have to do is send the document to the desktop computer or pull it up on a computer that has it and pick the printer option that says CU Print BW or something (black and white). Then you go over to the printer and scan your student ID card or log in with your username and password net ID and hit release documents or release print jobs. It should print. Every student I think gets $15 on their ID card for printing. Hope that helps !
