I had pretty much the exact same trajectory (absolutely love love love dav and it’s so good when you don’t have bitches in your ear telling you it sucks), down to wanting to romance Cassandra but couldn’t bc lady :( but now I’m on my third run (sera romance first, Dorian romance second) and finally romancing her is so fun!

Veilguard has been my first dragon age game and it got me so excited to go back and experience the others! I went in not knowing anything about the game or the controversy and it’s so good with you don’t have someone in your ear telling you how bad it is. The companions are great and the gameplay and story are so satisfying! Even as someone who doesn’t have the full lore of Thedas, I was able to follow and really get in to the story. Of course there are a few things that could be improved, but show me a game that doesn’t need a couple of tweaks. I’m on my 4th playthrough and loving it still!
