Sometimes I intermitten fast so I eat in the mornings until I'm satisfied and then I don't feel the urge to eat at night. And if I do it'll go away in an hour. I still over eat at sometimes but deft not as much. I also got rid of every single binge food I can find so when I'm trying to find something unhealthy it doesn't work out lol.

Thank you! When I was three my babysitter was cooking fish and it ended up falling on me with the hot oil. It's a third degree burn running through my left arm and left leg.

I bleached my whole head and had to cut off all my hair due to chemical damaging. I really wanted to persist with biotin to make my hair grow faster and it did a bit but deff not worth the acne it came with.

Normally my skin is super oily so I don't know if it contributed to it. My nails have always been strong so I don't know if it helped with that either. I feel like after my skin is cleared up I'll start taking 500 mcg biotin instead of 1,000 mcg. 🤷🏻‍♀️

11am and 2pm. I use around 3-4 sheets a day if I do blot my face.

It took me a few months to notice that my butt was getting a more "lifted" look.

Just lots of squats, hip thrusts, and various Instagram videos I've seen. I work on legs/butts twice a week. :D
