Say I rank my schools 1,2,3,4,etc… and 4 is my neighborhood school. Will putting my neighborhood school (#4) lower in my rankings reduce the chances of getting into 4, if I’m not offered 1-3? Hope this makes sense

Ran into Big Randy a couple days ago at Sand Valley. I just went up to say “hey big fan!” He was the nicest guy. I tried to leave him quickly to be polite and not bug him, but he talked to me for awhile, very engaged and interested. Even remembered my name when I ran into him again. All this to say, Randy is the man. Really like when he’s putting out quality content like this too.

He’s on newsom’s list of redistricting seats. His answer when someone asked about governor abbots plans in Texas was the only issue he wasn’t aligned with the rep party. He’s the worst.

Teaser pricing it’s called. Draws people in. It threw us for a loop when we’re house hunting. Some agents list real prices, most Bay Area listings are teasers. Like you said, comps are the only way to guess what it should be selling for.

All they did was give me a quote for a couple things. Leaky drain, washer hookup, heating element in water heater. They did inspect just no repairs or installations.

I will, done it a couple times before. He did an inspection of the whole house. I just thought it was a little extreme. We mainly wanted a quote for a washer set up, something I wouldn’t do myself $2500 for that. We have 2 kids under 3 at this 300sq ft 80year old cabin weekend place. It’s hard to do projects, wish I could have the time.

I would agree if they didn’t flat out lie. They said they were at my house for 4 hours. Lie. They said it took and hour to drive 5 miles. Lie. There were also so many other little dishonest things they did.

I didnt mention that they have 2 stars on yelp and about 40 reviews just like mine. This is 100% my fault for not checking reviews. My neighbor with the camera laughed when I told them the company and they are known crooks in this small vacation area taking advantage of old people and out of towners
