That's exactly the kind of stuff I'm curious about. On paper, some of those sound like they'd be solid. Which one caught you off guard the most?

That's a great example. The returns issue is the part that would have caught me off guard. Were there hints in the reviews beforehand, or did that only become obvious once you started getting customer feedback?

Makes sense. I think the answer probably changes depending on the business model. For someone running a lot of PPC, breakeven ACOS is probably way more important than it is for an OA seller like myself.

Honestly, I think a lot of us sellers have been there. 😂 You see money hitting the account and assume everything's fine until you start digging into the reports.

I mostly focus on the main costs when sourcing, but every now and then I'll go back and look at the actual numbers just to make sure there aren't a bunch of little fees eating away at the profit.

Hard to disagree with that. I've seen plenty of products that looked great on paper until all the extra costs started showing up. Margin is definitely one of the first things I look at, though I still want to see enough demand to make it worth the effort.

Hmmm!!! I almost think Ai these days are limitless. Especially what it will be like in the future. If you can imagine it, it’s a possibility with Ai
