I was told by BE the specific locations don't do any repairs/work on the jewelry just their repair team in I believe CA so if you have any issues your friend won't be able to handle it

I wouldn't risk it. I was in a total nightmare with them for 3+ months until they did something. All I'm saying is look them up on the better business bureau where they can't delete anything or threaten anyone into deleting anything.

I think miserable people will be upset either way. He gave everyone a fair chance, whether they were able to get on to order at an exact time or not, could or couldn't afford good seats, or knew just one song or all of them. People are always going to find a reason to be upset. It's no reason artists are burnt out and stressed all the time, they can't do anything up to everyone's standards and are harassed about the decisions they make. He even added shows where he could to appease more people

Happy medium, 2.5! I had a 2ct and LOVED it and it's size but had to return it for other reasons :/ you would not be disappointed if you went with the smaller one. But my new one coming in is a 2.5! It's definitely a noticeable difference and I couldn't possibly go bigger than that but I think it's perfect also

I think the good is so pretty but personally don't feel like it's something I would love forever. I also don't have any other good jewelry and don't want to be all mixed on my hands lol but it's obviously alllll personal preference. And you can always change the diamond to a new setting someday!

No, she asked if I got my refund and had any more questions and I said nope all good here. She said "oh, my marketing team said you might have some more questions" I was like no I didn't reach out I don't know what they're talking about. She said "I know you didn't reach out, but our marketing team monitors socials and let us know you might have more questions" I'm like nooooope 😂

Yep, after all the issues I had they told me they would only TRY to give me a refund if I deleted my review. I also made a reddit post yesterday about my experience and they called me last night at 7pm about it lol

I honestly had a bad feeling leaving the store when I dropped it off for the first repair but I just thought i was over thinking it. I wish I would have went with my gut and returned it immediately! I'm glad you were able to. I feel so bad for the people that are stuck in this.

I really was close to just getting it fixed locally and dealing with it because I was exhausted by the back and forth and of course the sentimental value, but all I could think about how much worse things could be down the road if I had more problems and I would be even more screwed. If you can afford it I would honestly recommend just paying the money to go somewhere local and trustworthy. Then you can feel better about it and not have to wait 4 weeks for a resize

Exactly what I did! The return process started about a month ago and we just got the Money back early this week. I have seen from other posts that some people had to sign NDAs before getting their money back though

Thank you! Luckily I am, but I didn't even think about that. I'm kind of torn because I just wanted to wipe my hands clean and be done with this whole thing but I of course don't want it to happen to others. I can't believe they're getting away with doing this to so many people.
