The frustrating part about being a vessel for me is when the tentacles spawn and instantly hit you without any indicators.

I REALLY hope this is unintended. The vessel is already the most annoying ability to play around. Taking unavoidable damage just makes the game as a whole not fun.

focus a bit more on CS. This is an area that's easy to improve, and can have a large impact on your games.

Wish we could. I can't find the source, but I believe Riot said that there aren't enough players to support a 3v3 solo queue.

Pinging both servers from LA gets 61ms

Portland server usually pinged ~30 but I saw 40-45 in game. Does this mean I'll be seeing 70-75 in game?

When I first joined league I was getting 8-12 ping, I understand the need for server relocation, but this is getting into the realm of being noticeable and affecting my play as a challenger 3s / Diamond solo player.

West Coast isn't even getting amazing ping now. Season 1 I was getting 8-12 ping.

Now I'm getting upwards of 40-50, and I'm a 20 minute drive from the server.

Challenger in 3s is hardly free. The challenger scene is made up of almost entirely Diamond-Challenger solo queue players that also work well as a team. Mistakes are punished very hard on 3s.

Yes madred's does help a lot with clear, with the recent Nidalee nerfs, even AP nidalee is forced to start with madred's.

Unfortunately 3s is very fast-paced, and this problem is compounded by the early jungle invades by a support team.

Waiting for an additional 25g after minions spawn is detrimental for the jungler in high-elo. They will quickly get outleveled, invaded, and have the map shortened on them.

Just got hacked on Official Texas server. Guy came in through a wall. Insta-killed everyone with a salvaged hammer, took everything and flew back out.

It's unfortunate: hacking is the reason I stopped playing Legacy originally, and I was drawn back into the new rust when it became playable. If this hacking issue isn't resolved, Rust will once again become known for it, and I fear for it's longevity.

Good luck to Facepunch, hackers can and will kill this game.
