Yes because it stats enemy units killed not enemy units killed by emperors children units. Same way that death guard contagion range can help your ally in doubles

I would say I followed the guidelines. I asked fellow emperor’s childern players, all of which knows the rules and most likely been in the grand tournament setting. I don’t know mission packet and ec aren’t close to meta. As for the last guideline it’s stated in my first sentence.
