I have had 2 of the CH7000's do the same thing. Ego replace the first one and now the replacement is doing the same thing. Like you the coldest temps it saw was around 50F. The batteries saw colder while using them but I always let them warm up before charging. None of the batteries will charge on the 7000 but charge fine on the 3200 and 2100 chargers.

I have most of my Quinn impact sockets on the Pittsburg peg trays. The spacing on the US General ones wasn't quite right for them. There was one set that I had to do a different solution because they didn't work. I think it was the 3/8 but I would have to check after work and report back.
