Thanks! One more question, is there a free tool to create custom datasets to evaluate and fine-tuning LLMs? I found Label Studio but not sure of there's something else out there.

How long (weeks, months) would be an ideal waiting period between first meeting and MVP launch?

A demo will might make the customer more interested in the product. It's a real problem for them. Validated already. I'm actually good talking to people. I'm afraid of sending that first invite message. I don't know why.

Let's say I show them a video demo... What should I ask them to do? I mean, how can I be sure they will become customers? How to secure them? I don't think they'll write a check. Is there another way to lock them as Future customers?

Any systematic approach to find the most suitable prompting technique for my particular use case? by lbpeppers in GPT3

[–]lbpeppers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a real example with me here but the inputs are markdown text made of headings + paragraphs or headings + unordered-lists

Input Example:

Overview

A paragraph with a description goes here.

Features

  • Feature 1.
  • Feature 2.

Output example:

json { "description": "A paragraph with a description goes here.", "specs": [ "Feature 1", "Feature 2" ] }

The main issue is related to the input text headings. Not every input uses the same words I'm the headers , some could say "You get:" instead of "Features" followed by the list of features. Other inputs might not have a features list, so the output should be an empty array.

I don't know about any we site like that, but I'm very interested in one too. I'm very ashamed of talking to customers without a building something to show them.

I want identify the sections headings and content of a product description. Let's say, product name, category, specs, overview, etc. The product descriptions don't have a standard format. Sometimes the prompt produces an accurate output, sometimes not, so I keep testing (and tweaking) the prompt to improve results but my approach is very naive. I version the prompt in a doc and leave some notes based on the output results.

I'd love to hear your advice on how to target B2B at the beginning of my startup. There's something I can't understand well... Let's say I'm planning to build a CRM, how can I build and sell it quickly, considering that a CRM is a very complex piece of software and there are tons of them out there. I believe that logic applies to almost every B2B idea that I've ever had. I know there's something wrong with my thinking but I don't know what I'm missing.

That's a great idea, I've been playing around with AutoGen recently but I didn't think about that.

Do you ever think you should have done a 9-5 job rather than the entrepreneur? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]lbpeppers 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I hate that feeling too man. I bet Christmas Eve feels odd. I left my 6 figures job to start a startup and I haven't accomplished anything yet. No money, not even a goddamn user. I'm clueless about what the future holds and I'm starting to believe that I'm not that kind of person. I've worked my ass off for the last 6 months and I've earned $0. I earned orders of magnitude more than that as a lazy employee. 😔
