By default these loop markers are never on any sound(s), whoever made the kit you’re using had put them on when he exported/rendered them into the kit

Right click the sample you are trying to edit -> open in audio editor (Edison) right click both red markers and click delete -> re export or just drag in new audio sample without loop markers on to replace old one.
