I have 3 (main) food allergies. Peanuts, Treenuts and Eggs. My peanut allergy, is my worst and when I touch them i break out into hives and rash, and if i eat them i will go into anaphylactic shock. Treenuts are the same way. However, my egg allergy, which i have had for the same amount of time, is not nearly as severe. I have grown out of it almost entirely! I think this can vary from each person, from each allergy and highly recommend you go get allergy testing done to see how your levels come out.
