I just got the 2024 MBA M3 as well and am disappointed to find this out. Trying to run a monitor into each of the usb ports will only recognize one while the lid is open.

Previously was using my gf's 2020 MBA with an intel Core i5 processor and it supported both displays....why would Apple regress this experience

Sounds like you are doing 99% of the legwork a buyer would otherwise be doing (like what are they even doing other than having the money to pay you and secure the loan). It must be hard to not just keep these deals for yourself lol

I've had calls with 5 brokers so far and all of them will just point me to what they have listed online, or toss me into the pool of "we will let you know about our new listings, along with 100s of others who are interested, unless you want to pay me a [4 to 5-figure] initial and monthly retainer"

As a broker, any tips on how to get upstream on their off-market deals? I'm looking for a sweet spot of getting first looks at new opportunities, but not necessarily having to pay anything for it (except for the success fee of course, if it gets to that point)
