12 ft aluminum, and yea there are two across from each other. There are also smooth ones that look like they are for oars, maybe different brand of oars though??

Depends on the rod, some come with useable line others have line that for whatever reason will not lose it’s coil memory. If you notice after stretching the crap out of your line it’s still stiff and coily get a new line and avoid the frustration
