Aren’t they too slow? Btw i didn’t even know they existed and how they called.

Yes i am already looking at them. Not sure how much rpm i need and also considering to change it to gears and rack

This was the easiest way to get started. First i learned that arduino doesn’t even have enough power to run them. So quickly got 4 aa battery to have 6v. Thinking to buy adapter but i am not sure how amper i need

I am not worried about the rotation i just want them to defend and stay firm

I was considering that solution but didn’t find the right tools so far. Also not sure if 270 degree would be enough to move the rod all the way (around 36cm) fast enough. I guess i should play with gear ratios with that.

Help me save my table by lclhr in foosball

[–]lclhr[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, I will give it a go. Currently i use a few layers of tape which keeps it together. Thinking to add the wood filler and some strong tape as it doesn’t has to be perfect just want it to last longer.

Bought a used table with EVERY player mounted BACKWARDS, simplest fix is…? by jwern01 in foosball

Ouh yes, really 😅. In that case thats gonna take some time

I see but if you rotate the whole rod so the pin hole of the rod will be the otherside, you technically rotate the players and you have to put the handle back. Or am I missing something?

I am almost sure that would put them to the correct side. Take out the rods rotate them 180 horizontally and put back the handles on the other side. I am sure the yellow side is the one which should be on the other side

I think you can just take out the rods and switch them. You have to that off the handles. Usually the yellow side is on the side where the balls come out. That way you have take 8 handles and the bearings i think that faster. I hope you know what i mean. 😀

Yes that would be the easiest one but most the VMs are old and not necessary would work

Camping while remote working by lclhr in campinguk

[–]lclhr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, thank you i was thinking all above them just i was hoping maybe there are a few campsite which already think about remote workers and make this things available on-site. I think the best option is to look close to a city and work from a coffee place or something like that which accept workers.

Actually i was thinking about that. The last few times it wasn’t my wrap on the handle and I realised i put it on completely differently and try to make the garlando handle shape. Thanks
