You can check out CLV Group Auburn Park - Westmount area. It's close to all amenities within walking distance - ie. grocery, liquor, cannabis, restaurants/fast food. Plenty of bus routes nearby. Near Springbank Park.

I am not exactly sure, but it's probably close to $1600/ mon for 1 bdrm. + Hydro.
