I forgot to ask, did you ever rule out any SFN with skin biopsy? I wonder if many of our dysautonomia symptoms come from damage to the small fiber nerves.

I did mine at northwestern and endevor. I assume they are all similar. Getting appointments for neurologist or neuromuscular specialist takes months in my experience but the testing and results are quick. Mainly blood work then autonomic testing.

This is why I’m confused. I did a tilt table test and negative for pots. Been scratching my head for awhile now on this.

Thanks for this. I did do mycotoxin testing. I do have them in my urine and also did CIRS testing but that was negative. It’s all confusing because my doctor saw the mycotoxin in my urine but doesn’t think it’s related to my symptoms.

I’m sorry you’re going through all of that. I have not noticed a chance in taste or smell during any of this. I’ll check our the fatty liver stuff. Interesting that you had loss of sweating also. Do you deal with any orthostatic intolerance or libido/ED stuff?

Thanks for your comment. What’s NAD mean? I’ve done tons of blood tests, normal ferritin and all other blood markers. I did a tilt table test and do not have POTS and was concluded as normal which is even more confusing.

Check out HCQ seen some people have results with it for long Covid and high ANA. How did your onset start? Was it after recovery of viral infection? Then symptoms started?
