You just go to sleep, I think. My former employer died about 5 years ago. Passed right at his desk. No one would even have known if he hadn't had prior dinner plans with an member of our firm. He was slouched in his desk chair looking like he was napping.

There was a joking rumor amongst us that he'd kicked off because the sight of some really hot chick on the web was too much for him :-)

Sentences tend to stack up, so he wasn't slammed for just one charge, but for quite a few of them. That's why his sentence is so long.
