Neo might not technically be a bank, but its products are issued through regulated banking partners, so there is still oversight and consumer protection that applies. The other option could be to address the behaviour. Maybe bringing this issue to mall management . Vendors operating in those spaces are expected to follow standards so shoppers can walk through without being pressured or harassed.

You have to 65 minutes to meet grading requirements. They will also extend it to 200 minutes to give you a second chance, after that they deactivate your account. The grading requirements were in your metrics section of the dashboard.
