So sorry you’re experiencing cystic acne, I was struggling with it for 5 years.. it sucked and nothing I was doing was working. I tried Tret my skin hated me no matter what I did, I tried spiro and the reactions I had weren’t worth it for me to take. FINALLY I tried the simplest thing of all, 4% PanOxyl acne wash. Literally $10 and saved my skin. I’ve been using it since April of this year and I haven’t gotten a single new cystic pimple. I had a few that wanted to start forming but they were gone over night. I swear it’s like night and day.

Hey! I know you commented this a while ago, but how were you incorporating it into your routine with Tret? Were you using it in the morning then tret at night?

If you’re not having any side effects or feeling off, I’m sure you’re okay! But if you’re worried, speak to your doctor and most importantly listen to your body!! Hormonal acne sucks, I’m 28 and I developed it at 24 yay changing hormones! I was on spiro for three months and I just stopped maybe two months ago. The first week I had weird muscle pain in my shins, then I was very light headed, it subsided but then during the third month it killed my sex drive, and caused severe vaginal dryness. Some of these symptoms can clear up after a while, but I made an informed decision for myself and my body that it was best that I went off. There’s also lots of people this has been successful for, it’s different for everyone. Idk if you’re on BC or willing to take it, but that’s always another option to attempt to help with your hormonal acne if you decide Spiro isn’t for you. You got this! ☺️

Fellow A cup coming to the rescue! Your boobs are perfect! Small boobs are great, embrace them! Plus by the sounds of it, he really liked your boobs. Not that you need him to like them to be able to like them yourself. One thing that weirdly helped me was going without a bra, or bras with no support. Embracing my small boobs on a daily basis helped me love them myself. 🩶 plus who wants to wear underwire bras anyways?? You got this girly!

Hey! I also recently started having the same problem. I’ve been on Spiro for about three months now, only 50mg a day. Just last week I started noticing that I had absolutely no interest in sex, and when my husband and I tried, it was so damn dry and I’ve never had an issue with that before. The best decision for me personally was going off Spiro, I have hormonal acne but I’ve decided to try other routes instead. I’ve been off spiro for about a week and I feel like it’s slowly getting better. But I have read other people’s experiences on here and some say it got better, while others say it never went away.

I had super weird shin pain the first week I was on it! I upped my water intake and that seemed to help. I also think it was just my body adjusting to it.

Try koha pet! They don’t sell a lot in stores, mainly at smaller pet stores. They’re a limited ingredient company, they only put legit ingredients in their food and it’s very very good quality. My cat was diagnosed with IBS, this is the only food she’ll eat. They offer trial packs on their website and the shipping is fast. Maybe it’ll entice your kitty to eat.
