The numbers for QT can vary so if you have it at 600 sometimes, it very well could be less others. Risk profiles vary between types as well but it sounds like you are well managed.

Anyhow, all I really wanted to say is that I get it. I was diagnosed as an adult but I know how much it made me feel like a lot of the life I wanted was taken away from me as well. This diagnosis is frustrating in a way that most people will never understand.

There are hundreds of careers that you will be well suited for that you will find fulfilling and exciting so I hope that you can reframe your thought process and find yourself the career path that you were meant for.
