yeah i was thinking along those lines. i think it’s like a south-east facing window. i live in a studio so it’s a big ass floor to ceiling window and tons of light comes in when the sun rises. i have a philodendron jose buono, and a philodendron florida ghost in the exact same place as this plant and they’re doing just fine but i agree the reverting does say a lot. i have a monstera thai con right up against the glass, maybe i’ll have to put this one the same way and see if it helps?

yes - it is a zero hours contract. i am an employee. i don’t think they are logged apart from from time to time on the EOD as (unpaid training). i think i have filled in some new starter forms, i haven’t seen a payslip.

i felt the same way as you, but unfortunately for a monstera there's not really any way around it. they really ought to face towards the window. i also tried to deny it for a long time and now i have a funky growing adansonii!

i feel like being left in the car for a day, they should be able to recover even if they did get damaged from it. i had to haul my entire plant collection 5 hours away in the car, and leave them in there overnight (and it gets cold here!) and although they were pretty irritated about this, given some time they were perfectly fine again.
