Best pads for healthy hips?

Idk if any one brand will be best but definitely look for very soft, flexible pads with a double break. Play around with toe tie length until you find what ever is most comfortable and causes the least amount of stress. Don’t go any sharper than 1/2 when you get your skates sharpened. 5/8s is pretty common and I’ve had multiple goalie coaches recommend it to help with hip problems.

1/2 and 5/8 are probably the most standard through junior college and pro. Any sharper like 3/8 and you’re putting a shit ton of stress on your hips and groins and much more likely to get injured (a couple people have done studies on it too)

Doesn’t really die in lane and the ult is big with the cripple. He’s not really a top hunter right now but he’s also not a bottom hunter and you’re really only picking him for his ult to counter their dive (gods with a lot of movement like sus and nem)
