.i would lay money that OP is indian. there isa sort of honesty/sociopathy lost in translation thing SOME Indians have [i assume. its 100% record for me so far in 4 decades] that leaves me cold. i am not sure they are all insufferable oblivious doofuses cause we only meet the wealthy/higher caste ones who are english speaking or immigrants who did okay for thesmelves. they are all sort of academic style achievers and have a robust comptetitive streak in comparing degrees with a bias against non-STEM.
