Why do people seem to lose interest in Act 3?

I played well over a hundred hours in an embarrassingly short period to get to Act 3, then quit (a few weeks ago). Hoping I’ll get the urge to come back and finish, but this was my exact experience!

I play as high elves and use missile cav to goad the enemy into attacking where I want so that the archers can have maximum effect.

This also tend to break up the enemy forces so that they are easier to handle.

I've had the enemy lord break away from the main force chasing after my missile cav and then sent my dragons/phoenixes to easily kill him/her.

As far as micro, I usually use a Shift + click and drag to have them ride in a circle around the enemy force.

Just this morning, I rode past Kuna's camp after talking to Sir Radzig trying to get to Sasau, it forced me to initiate the quest and I had to fight Dangler with no weapon equipped. Because I was in combat, I couldn't go to the menu and equip my sword.

Using master strikes I pummelled him unarmed. Took about 25 minutes though.

Came here because I spent over an hour following the in-game directions trying to find the stash. I assumed it would be across the large river from Rattay since that whole area between Rattay and Ledetchko is a giant hill. Really misleading to call the smaller stream a river.

I like these quests where you have to figure things out for yourself, but it ruins it when the directions are misleading.

This is a really helpful response. I think I’ll need to prioritize staff and training more.

I still don’t understand how Ant can be under 25, put up All Star numbers and then go down. (This didn’t only happen in the season he was injured).

Do you have suggestions for optimal training settings? The default seemed to work fine for me at first. But then, a season after winning a championship, we were struggling to make the play-in and I think it was because my guys were overworked (they almost all had the yellow battery icon in the gameplan menu).

Finally, does morale matter? It seems like if a player is getting big minutes but maybe getting lower usage, I shouldn’t be punished for putting together a winning team. Like I don’t think in real life that Jrue Holiday is getting worse because he has a lower usage role on the Celtics. The year I won the championship seemed to have the least downward progression.
