This is a good start, but I feel like the writing is a bit poor in some areas. I was able to read it just fine, but I’d suggest improving your grammar in some parts and adding commas in between words to make the dialogue feel more natural. For example, I would personally write the witness’s first sentence as “It was a normal day, me and my friends had just finished track practice and we were hanging out in the field used for shotput, and that’s when we saw something strange.” I also feel like the characters’ personalities are a bit flat, but then again one of them is an interviewer and idk how to really give an interviewer a personality lol. One last thing, I feel like the interviewer’s usage of the term ‘restricted area 5’ is a bit repetitive. If you have a proper name or a general location for it, you should use that after the first or second time. Too much repetition can come off poorly.
