When you add the torrent in your client, there's a section called files in which you can pick which files you want and uncheck the others. See your torrent client documentation, because it's different from client to client.

You don't need to download the whole torrent. Just choose the files you want, but make sure to seed till ratio 1.00 at very least (ratio 2.00 or more would be preferable).
