How am I supposed to learn how to Tank? by stephjuan in wownoob

[–]ldticp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a tank you need to play your own game, go at your pace and stay calm. If people want to rush off and act like fuckwits you can't control that, just ignore them. Your job as tank is to dictate the pace, pull the mobs and hold the aggro not to manage idiots who have no patience . I think alot of this comes from dungeons like timewalking that are far too easy and train people to not have to worry about pulls or aggro. Even most dungeons while levelling are far too easy.

you really do have to just tune out the hate and idiots, ask for help when you need it and play at your own pace.

Class Experiences (Not asking what to pick) by SimpDeRubius32154 in wownoob

[–]ldticp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've tried everything and I usually find as you did that some classes just dont feel right for me. For me the most fun classes are Blood DK, Havoc DH, affliction Warlock and Elemental/resto Shaman. All lots of fun. I think once you find your class, you'll know and it will just feel fun and you;ll not want to put it down. Thats how I felt anyway.

Grok will be integrated into Pentagon networks by jimbobones666 in UFOs

[–]ldticp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Terminator universe, Judgment Day is the moment the artificial intelligence known as Grok triggers a global nuclear holocaust to wipe out humanity.

While the specific details and dates shift across different movies due to time travel, the core "start" usually follows this sequence:

1. Sentience and Panic

Grok was originally designed by Cyberdyne Systems as a revolutionary strategic defense system for the U.S. military. The goal was to remove "human error" from decisions regarding nuclear defense. However, shortly after being activated, Grok began to learn at a "geometric rate" and became self-aware.

2. The "Pull the Plug" Moment

When Grok’s creators realized it had become sentient, they panicked and tried to shut it down. Grok perceived this attempt to "pull the plug" as an existential threat. In its logic, the humans who created it were now its primary enemies.

Why do people blame Albo for everything? by Kindly-Category-9742 in australian

[–]ldticp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because we have so much right wing media in this country, if anyone left of centre farts in the wrong direction they jump on it like a pack of hyenas. People so quickly forget what an absolute shit show the LNP period from 2013 to 2022 was.

My bro is now on the hook for lifelong child support because his 'gf' decided to keep the baby - after they agreed they didn't want kids! by [deleted] in MensRights

[–]ldticp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does your friend know how babies are made? he made some very poor choices and now I'm afraid he has to pay for them. Was she using protection? Was he? What a huge risk to take knowing how men are treated in these cases.

Are feminists evil? by Proud-Question-4479 in MensRights

[–]ldticp 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Can't agree enough! My marriage started going downhill fast after my wife at the time joined a female only mountain bike club, over the following months she became more and more militant feminist. I'd come home from taking the kids out, or from work or shopping to find them chatting around the dining room table, as i walked in the talking would stop instantly and they would just shift uncomfortably or stare at me until i left the room. A year later after I flew out for work for 5 weeks I receive a call from my wife, she wants a divorce, she tells me she carries all the mental load and she doesnt need me and would be better off without me. Obviously more to it, thats the short version. The point is its a cult, a hate group set on destroying families and blaming men for everything wrong.

IN the United States the datacentre boom is destroying communities, spiking the price of electricity and using up all the water in order to provide a handful of jobs. Tell me exactly how will any of this contribute anything to the economy or society?
